Amazing Pan
If you only buy one pan this year, it has to be the Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized 12-Inch Everyday Pan with Lid. This has got to be one of my most favorite pans in my kitchen. It is great to make sauces in and roomy enough to add the pasta. It goes wonderfully from the cook-top to the oven and even to the table! I love the double handles. It make transporting the pan easy. This pan goes on sale often. Right now you can get it on amazon.com for under $40. Check it out. You wont be disappointed.
Tortellini with Basil Pesto and Sun-Dried Tomatoes is a great dish to use with this pan.
