If you only buy one pan this year, it has to be the Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized 12-Inch Everyday Pan with Lid. This has got to be one of my most favorite pans in my kitchen. It is great to make sauces in and roomy enough to add the pasta. It goes wonderfully from the cook-top

Sometimes the simplest of foods are the most delicious. I love going out to the garden and picking my dinner. On this particular night the kids were at Grandma’s and the husband was working.
