White pizza got it’s name becasue there is no tomato sauce. This white pizza is topped with clams, pancetta, mozzarella cheese and fresh herbs. Ingredients: Pizza Dough Olive Oil 2 Ripe Bartlett Pears, thinly sliced 5 oz Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled Directions: Preheat pizza stone in oven to 400 degrees.
