My menus include:

• Ingredients you have actually heard of and can find at your local grocery store
• Meals that your kids will actually be willing to try or are easily adapted when plating for your picky child (I have one)
• Menu Plans that won’t over-extend the grocery budget or your time.
• Recipes that can be prepared in advance, in or around an hour or less and even quick and healthy “fast food” recipes that can be pulled together in a flash.

Why do you need a menu planning service?  Ask yourself the following questions: 

• Do you struggle with what to feed your family each evening?
• Do you waste too much of your precious time making several trips to the grocery store each week?
• Do you spend $200 at the grocery store every week and still not seem to have anything in the house to prepare a healthy meal?
• How much money would you have if you put the money you normally spend eating out each month into a jar instead?  What would you do with that extra money?
• How often does your entire family gather around the dinner table to enjoy a home-cooked meal, relax, and talk about the day?  “Families that eat together, stay together.”

The best way to make family meals a reality is to begin menu planning.  You can look through recipes, decide what to make, and create a grocery shopping list with the ingredients you need.  An average home manager spends about 1 1/2 hours a week on this task.
