I am seem to be on a gourmet pizza kick lately. During the summer months, my friends usually stop by for a glass of wine before we start our family dinners. Ingredients: Pizza Dough Olive Oil 2 Ripe Bartlett Pears, thinly sliced 5 oz Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled Directions: Preheat pizza stone in oven to 400 degrees.
